About

The Bunn House is a luxury inn and bed and breakfast in a brick mansion two blocks from downtown Asheville. Albert Bunn, a brick maker and contractor from Birmingham, England, built it in 1905, and his son Robert D. Bunn, who owned Bunn Antiques, later lived there. The current owners bought it in 2013 and spent two years renovating, keeping original hardwood floors and details, and won an Adaptive Reuse award from the Asheville Preservation Society. The house has 4 bedrooms with exposed brick, gardens on the grounds and a rooftop perch with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the city. A few times a year it hosts weddings, retreats and family reunions.
