The Henrys
About
The Henrys formed in late 1993 and soon became known as an energetic live band with catchy rock and roll songs. Even as grunge made stripped-down shows the norm, the band wanted concerts to be full experiences, backing strong songs and playing with stage presence, production and lighting. Randy Guyeska and Terry Wallace founded the group and brought in drummer J.R. Baker, bassist Bryan Toll joined in early 1995, and Don Stacy rounded out the classic lineup in mid-1996. The band put at least 18 songs on tape with Alan West at Skyline Recording Studio, a Charlotte, North Carolina studio, but broke up in early 1998 before a record came out. In late 2019 Randy and Terry reconnected about reforming the group, and Bryan agreed to return in February 2020.
