About
Charlotte Murder Mystery Company is a local theater troupe that owner Della Freedman founded in 2002 to give the community original shows with professional actors. Its interactive mysteries play for the public and for private groups, in town and on the road. The format starts after the crime: the Detective hands each table "official police information," then brings in the actors playing suspects to give testimony. The suspects then move from table to table for questioning, there is a follow-up round after a short break, and groups hand in their solutions before the answer is revealed. A show lasts about two hours.
