About
Wretched is a technical death metal band from Charlotte, North Carolina. Guitarist Steven Funderburk and drummer Marshall Wieczorek started it in 2005 under the name And Since Forgotten. Victory Records signed the band in 2008. Its debut, The Exodus of Autonomy, came out in 2009, with Beyond the Gate following in 2010. After frequent lineup changes, the band settled by 2011 with Funderburk, Wieczorek, guitarist Joel Moore, bassist Andrew Grevey and singer Adam Cody. Son of Perdition arrived in 2012, backed by the Metal Alliance Tour alongside 3 Inches of Blood and DevilDriver, and the fourth album, Cannibal, appeared in 2014.
