About this event
The Mint and the Steinway Piano Gallery team up to bring piano music to Mint Museum Uptown. Each third Wednesday of the month, a changing roster of local and regional pianists plays from 6–6:45 PM during Free Wednesday Evenings, so visitors can also tour the galleries, open until 9 p.m. on Wednesdays. This edition features pianist Esther Jeehae Ahn, a soloist and chamber musician who has played the Moscow Conservatory, Seoul Arts Center, Lincoln Center and Boston’s Symphony Hall. Her repertoire runs from core works to contemporary and interdisciplinary projects. With degrees from the Eastman School of Music and the New England Conservatory, she directs Keyboard Studies and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida. First Horizon Bank presents the series.
