About this event

Harmonic Breath brings a three-hour session of guided breathwork set to live music to the Brooklyn Arts Center in Wilmington. Facilitator Wael Shukha leads the breathing while Simon Raphael performs original music on didgeridoo, handpan, guitar and percussion, using live looping. The pairing of rhythmic breath and sound is meant to ease tension, calm the mind and help people reconnect with their inner rhythm. No prior breathwork experience is required. Bring a comfortable mat, a blanket, a pillow and something to cover your eyes.
