About this event

Facilitator Emmanuel Daniels leads this Sound Bath at The Mint Museum, a program meant to help people slow down and reset. Each session blends breathwork, guided meditation, gentle movement and live sound from instruments and voice to support rest and reflection. It takes place in the Mint Museum Uptown Atrium as a midweek chance to unwind. Participants are encouraged to bring along a yoga mat, bolster, blanket or pillow, and chairs are provided for anyone who would rather sit.

Listed from the organizer’s public calendar. Their listing has the full program.
