About this event

At the Asheville Art Museum, a registered art therapist leads a guided art-making session that explores art as a way to nurture mental and emotional wellbeing. The session welcomes seasoned artists and people who have never held a paintbrush alike, and the aim is to come as you are and leave refreshed. Tickets are required, and participants use the Staff Entrance.
