About
The Highlands Performing Arts Center began in 1999, when a group of partners turned a historic building on Chestnut Street into an arts venue. The organization steadily grew its stage, programs and staff, and in 2022, after years of fundraising and community backing, it opened a new state-of-the-art venue. The PAC is now Highlands' home for live performance, drawing thousands of visitors each year to its stages. Its mission is to enrich the cultural life of the area through world-class performances, education programs and community engagement.
