Master Class Series
Dance Project · Dance Project, 200 N. Davie St, Greensboro
About this event
On November 7 from 10:30AM – 12:00PM, Robin Gee teaches a Contemporary African Dance class as part of a three-class Master Class Series whose teachers are NC Dance Festival artists, each offering a different technique. The session blends movement drawn from African tradition and contemporary practice with creativity, musicality and self-expression. Through movement phrases and rhythm work in a supportive group, dancers build strength, coordination and confidence while drawing on African diasporic dance traditions. Every level is welcome; expect to move and sweat.
