About this event
The 2026 Rotating Art Show series continues with “Summer on the Outer Banks”, a small group show of oil, acrylic and mixed media works by Brent Nultemeier, Liz McBain and Tammy Goodrich, all local artists. Visitors can see it in a conference room on the first floor of the Town Hall between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays except holidays, July 31 – November 4, 2026. The artists will greet visitors at a free reception to open the show, held Wednesday, August 5, 5:00-7:00 p.m. Goodrich, a self taught painter, works in oils on flowers, the ocean and landscapes. McBain founded The Duck Gallery and makes paintings, drawings and jewelry inspired by the Outer Banks. Nultemeier, a former Art Director who moved to the Outer Banks in 2005, draws on surfing and the coast.
