About
The Ocean City Jazz Festival is a cultural event in North Topsail Beach held over the July 4th holiday weekend. Over three days it presents jazz musicians with local and national reputations in historic Ocean City Beach. It began in 2009 with a single performance on the Ocean City Community Center porch and has since become a destination event that has won awards. Its organizers aim to deepen appreciation for jazz, bring artists and audiences together, and pass the story of the Ocean City Beach community on to a new generation. Its environmental work has earned it recognition as an NC GreenTravel festival.
