About
The Lake Norman Philharmonic, known as the lkn PHIL, is an all-volunteer community orchestra built on the idea that music is for everyone. Under conductor Eduardo Cedeño, it gives community musicians of all ages a place to rehearse and perform orchestral music together and to grow through strong programs for players and audiences. Membership is open to any community musician who sincerely wants to learn and play with others. Cedeño, who helped found the Simon Bolivar Orchestra and worked with El Sistema founder José Antonio Abreu, has conducted youth and community orchestras around Lake Norman.
