About
Gross Farms is a North Carolina Century Farm worked by the Gross family for seven generations, where John Gross and his family grow tobacco, soybeans, rye and spring strawberries. In 2002 John and his family teamed up with his siblings, Kathy and Bill, to open the Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch, a way to share farm life with the public while offering family fun. Each fall visitors can find their way through a large corn maze, pick pumpkins and ride a hayride around the working farm. The spring season starts every April, when the strawberry patch opens for picking and a produce barn fills with other goods. Corporate groups and birthday parties are welcome.
