About
The Bluff Mountain Festival is a community event of the Madison County Arts Council, held at the Hot Springs Resort and Spa. With twenty-nine annual editions behind it, it brings together bluegrass, old-time music, ballad singing and clogging. Visitors also find an artists' market, a silent auction of regional items and good food in a scenic setting. The festival appears on the Blue Ridge Music Trails, a guide for North Carolina that points people to traditional music across the mountains and foothills.
