About
Kernersville Little Theatre, KLT, is an all-volunteer community theatre that opened in July 1977 with You Can't Take It With You, after the Urban Arts Council of Winston-Salem provided a grant that made the idea possible. Hundreds of shows have followed, and it now presents four shows each September to June season. KLT aims to develop all aspects of theatre arts for anyone in the community and to entertain with well-staged live theatre. It has no permanent home and performs at venues around Kernersville, with longtime volunteers and new ones alike.
