About
Hill's Music Shoppe in Henderson dates to 1970, when Mrs. Hill taught piano lessons and Mr. Hill tuned pianos in a one-room building. Offering sheet music to her students grew into a print music business, and the store went on to add pianos, organs and guitars, keyboard camps and workshops, and a Christian bookstore serving church music needs. Still run by the Hill family, it counts itself among the last independent, family-owned music stores, and it sells pianos, organs, guitars, band and orchestra instruments and sound equipment, along with lessons, piano tuning and band repair. The shop marked 50 years in business in the Fall of 2020.
