About
Transylvania Community Arts Council works to improve life across Transylvania County by celebrating and fostering the creativity of artists, young people and residents. It aims to remain a lively arts destination and a resource center that helps other arts groups and artists with their projects. Its teachers include Kathy, a Brevard photographer who focuses on portraits and macro work and teaches digital photography and post-processing to kids and adults.
